okay so I know this is going to sound INCREDIBLY CREEPY. But I saw your thing about EM-con and are you going? Have you ever been before? What's it like? Sorry, first convention and I'm nervous as hell.
No, no, not creepy at all. :) I wish I was going, but I am not as I don’t live in the UK. I have been to other conventions before and they’ve been a blast, so I wish you the best of luck! I’m sure you’ll have a great time!
Hey, asking just for the hell of it - do you have any more info on Hotel Plays than what's on the website? I nearly had a heart attack last night when I realised it's happening in London RIGHT NOW and I'll be in London NEXT WEEK (!!!!!!!1!!1!1!!) Like, how would one go about stagedooring?
My apologizes for not answering this sooner. You can book ticket through this link —> here. As for stage dooring, I’m not sure…the actors may roam around after their performances.
“Weirdly I’d met Gethin at a barbecue but I was really drunk by the time he got there and he was really hungover. But he’s great. I love working with him, he’s such a clever actor and helps me see things in a completely different way.”—Aisling Loftus on if she’d met Gethin before before being cast in The Hotel Plays
Mr Selfridge actress Aisling Loftus in hotel drama play at The Langham
Mr Selfridge star Aisling Loftus says the most challenging part of her latest role will be avoiding eye contact with her boyfriend as she acts out violent sex scenes in a West End hotel room.
The 23-year-old actress is appearing in The Hotel Plays by American playwright Tennessee Williams, which will involve three separate stories being performed in rooms at The Langham Hotel in Marylebone.
The plays are the sexual thriller Green Eyes, starring Loftus and Game Of Thrones actor Gethin Anthony; hostage drama Sunburst with Carol Macready, Daniel Ings and Jake Mann; and The Pink Bedroom which will include Helen George and Gyuri Sarossy.
